These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sunday Oven website and the purchase of products through it. Sunday Oven is a small-batch baked goods business based in Melbourne, Australia.

By browsing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or placing an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

All orders are subject to product availability. Because our baked goods are made in small batches, certain products may sell out quickly and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in the event of a pricing error, a supply issue, or if we have reason to believe an order has been placed fraudulently. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and be notified promptly.

Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee its availability. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We take care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Once your order is confirmed, the price at that time will be honoured.

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by third-party carriers. Sunday Oven is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control once an order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed items unless the product is faulty or arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at hello@sundayoven.com.au with a description and photo of the issue. We will assess your claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy and Returns & Exchanges page.

Storage and shelf life information is included with every order and listed on each product page. We strongly recommend following these guidelines to enjoy your products at their best.

Sunday Oven is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage or consumption beyond the stated best-before window. Products should be stored as directed and consumed within the recommended timeframe.

Our products contain gluten (wheat), milk, egg and soy, and some flavours contain tree nuts. Our kitchen also handles peanuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Full allergen information for each product is available on our Allergen Info page. If you have a serious allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before placing an order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the allergen information and accept the associated risks.

All content on this website, including photography, copy, branding, recipes, design, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Sunday Oven and is protected by Australian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or repurpose any content from this site without our prior written permission. This includes using our imagery or copy for commercial purposes, social media posts representing the brand without consent, or any other unauthorised use.
